we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs, severe weather, carrier or transport problems, or anything else beyond our control.
once the package is shipped we are no longer liable, so please ensure your delivery details are correct and secure, as we will not be able to refund any lost or stolen packages. in the case of missing parcels, the royal mail insurance policy will be followed.

unfortunately, due to the handmade to order nature of production, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges – so please pay close attention to the sizing options, and contact us if you need any assistance.
free repairs are provided for the first 6 months after purchase. return shipping is not covered. after 6 months repairs are provided at a cost of £20.
duties & customs
we are not responsible for any additional charges due to customs and duties. the order will not be eligible for a refund if the recipient refuses delivery due to a customs charge.

Women’s fund for London aims to provide women in London, especially those living in poverty and those disproportionately impacted by the cost-of-living crisis, with the skills, tools, and knowledge to increase their financial resilience and that of their families.
